Abstract EN

The study aimed at proposing a perspective for the networked professional learning communities in the Egyptian schools through benefitting from the experiences of Singapore and England.

The study dealt with the networked learning communities in learning theories, in addition to comparative analysis and interpretation of its establishment, the legislative framework, philosophy, characteristics, school- university partnership, the roles of the Ministry of Education, teacher academy and the schools, the mentorship system, types of networks, its administration, funding and assessment techniques.

The study dealt also with the Egyptian reality and the efforts towards the Networked professional learning communities.

The study ended at lessons learned and points of excellence that contributed in forming the proposed perspective of the Networked professional learning communities in the Egyptian schools.

The applicability of the proposed perspective has been assured through a sample of faculty staff at teacher education institutions and school teachers.

So, the study recommended to benefit from the pillars of the perspective to apply the Networked professional learning communities in the Egyptian schools.
