The aim of this research is to develop a proposed vision for applying the Third Age University formula as one of the modern formulations in achieving the principle of "Education For All", And to activate lifelong learning which is a fundamental pillar of the knowledge society, By clarifying what is the Third Age University and its role in achieving the principle of "Continuous Education", In addition to analysis the reality of the educational practices of the elderly in the third age group in Egyptian society which The research indicated that most of them focus on literacy programs only, and that some of the adult educational programs in the universities often lack the standards of adult education.
