Study Aims Identifying the school environment and Effectiveness management processes reality in Taif intermediate schools from teachers view of point, the relation between them and Identify the significant differences in assessing the reality of the school environment and Effectiveness of school management processes in the intermediate stage according to (school, Gender, experience years, qualification, nature of school building).

Comparative Descriptive Coorelative Research.

Current study sample content of all intermediate school teachers in Taif Govrenerate.

The sample content of (793) teachers with 19% of the study society of teachers during the first semester of the academic year 2016-2017.

The researcher prepared and applied questionnaire to determine the school environment and effectiveness management processes reality consisted of two dimension School environment reality The extent of effectiveness of school governances processes.

Degree of sample individuals whose agreed on the reality of school environment as whole comes with high rank.

Degree of sample individuals whose agreed on the effectiveness management processes as whole with high mark for the whole processes.

A positive correlation was found between estimates the school environment reality and the degree of effectiveness management processes.

Differences were found in estimating the reality of the school environment and the effectiveness management processes in the intermediate stage according to (school, Gender, experience years, qualification, nature of school building).

most important recommendations: Work on the industry of the distinguished school environment by holding workshops, courses and competitions.

Grant administrators and principals authority to partnerships with the private sector to devolve the school environment reality.

Hold an Educational meeting for teachers who is less than 5 years to publicize the school environment elements and the ways to contribute to its success
