This study aimed to identify the indicators for the development of university administrations in Jordan, and identify indicators for the development of university administrations in Jordan in light of the quality standards, To achieve the objectives of the study questionnaire was developed, it was confirmed validity and reliability.

The study sample consisted of 180 employees were selected stratified random way.

After collecting the study tool and data analysis results showed that The study sample areas indicators estimates came highly for each, and for areas (strategic planning) came first, followed by the area of (human, material and financial resources), then the area of (Quality Assurance), and finally the area of (corporate governance).

The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.005) in the study sample responses to the areas of indicators due to the variables (college, job, experience) for all and areas.

The study came out a set of recommendations including need to hold courses and seminars to establish the concept of governance and its importance to the administrative staff at universities in the study.
