Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the degree to which teaching and human ompetencies are available among Islamic Culture trainers at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the State of Kuwait, and the significance level of contribution of those competencies in predicting the academic achievement of female trainees.

The sample consisted of 132female trainees at the Higher Institute for Administrative Services, where a questionnaire was applied to measure8 competencies among those trainers.

The results revealed that the trainers scored high only in the human and scientific-content competencies.

However, their teaching competencies turned out to be average overall.

It was found out that these competencies have a 26% influenceonfemale trainees, and that the personal and scientific-content-preparation competencies were the only ones that contribute to predicting achievement for the female trainees.

It was also found that there were no statistically significant differences at the level 0.05 between the average grades of the female trainees regarding both the total score and the aggregate of all dimensions of teaching and human competencies as per the nationality variable, as well as according to the specialization variable.
