Abstract EN

The research aims to identify The level of administrative performance of the managers of the Iraqi Central Tennis Federation from the point of view of coaches in the Iraqi clubs .

The research problem lies in the need to identify the level of administrative performance of the administrative body working in the Iraqi Central Tennis Federation, and is this level satisfactory for club coaches so that they can develop their future plans at all levels? The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method for its suitability for the research problem, and the study population consisted of (43) coaches for Iraqi club clubs in tennis, while the research sample consisted of (40) coaches.

The researcher reached the following results : 1.Building a measure of the administrative performance of the administrative body of the Iraqi Central Tennis Federation from the coaches ’point of view.

2.The administrative performance of the Iraqi Central Tennis Federation is mot within the required substandard and does not meet ambition.

3.Weak commitment by the federation to the pre-drawn plans, which affects the preparations for the local and international championships.
