The world has witnessed since the end of the twentieth century a set of various global changes that have resulted in the liberalization of the world trade in relation to goods, services, capitals and labor.

Eventually, this means the removal of restrictions that hinder the movements of goods and services as well as the existence of modern and developed technologies of information and telecommunications that have been connected with most of the daily life aspects.

Internet is deemed to be one of the most modern means which materialize this electronic transformation and which have led to the existence of forms of commercial interaction and their continuous development.

Furthermore, the existence of commerce on one hand and the internet as a modern technology on the other hand has resulted in talking about e.

commerce that has changed the characteristics of commercial transactions or the international commercial relations.

Commerce has been the most important means in the area of the current international commercial transactions in light of the existence of internet, its widespread and the increase in its users as well as the enormous development of computing and telecommunication technologies that have achieved a comprehensive and rapid exchange of information within the policy and plans of the smooth flow of data and the notion of online information.

This has been accompanied by the investment of internet in the field of electronic commercial activity within the concepts of electronic acts and e.

commerce.

With the growing reliance on computing systems in relation to the management of activities and the increase in the economic value of information as an intangible entity, it has become the strategic determinant of success in business, money and financial investment sectors.

As a consequence, the notion of online financial services has developed and the idea has changed from performing acts via a special line and through the software of the customer's computer into a bank which has a complete existence on the internet and whose website contains all the software necessary for banking operations.

Moreover, the notion of the banking operation has developed from performing financial services connected with the customer's accounts into delivering money services, financial advice and services of investment, trade and financial management.

Online or internet banking has played a central role in increasing the volume of e.

commerce due to the facilities provided to customers in the area of settling the transactions where it has overcome many difficulties.

Therefore, these banks have imposed themselves in the domestic and global banking market.

We are wondering what these banks are and how great their contribution to the development and support of e.

commerce.
