Leadership is an essential part of the administrative process.

The leadership model is one of the main factors that contribute to shaping the nature of administrative functional relations within the organization.

As the school faced many administrative obstacles as a result of the great cognitive development over the years, The principal of the school as an educational leader must find the appropriate solutions to it, and as much as the principal of the school has distinctive features, including administrative innovation, insofar as he will find the most appropriate solution to these obstacles, and despite the presence of qualified leaders in our schools, these leaders neglect the dimensions of creativity With the belief that without the creativity skills at school, this school will not achieve what it aspires to the excellence of paper and desired development, Recently, educational institutions in the Sultanate of Oman have begun to focus on the aspects of administrative innovation in an attempt to develop to support the educational and educational process for the better by improving the efficiency of employees in educational institutions in all stages of education.

This has resulted in the emergence of some innovations, which reflected clearly in solving some of the problems as well as excellence in most aspects of administrative and educational, including raising the level of achievement in new creative ways.

The various developments, the development of educational institutions in the Sultanate have become a necessary in the field of leadership and creativity
The researcher used the descriptive approach in the study, and also relied on the statistical methods that are in the arithmetic averages, standard deviations, t-test T-test and analysis test of the unilateral variance to identify the level of significance between the variables, were also used to verify the validity of the questionnaire by presenting it to a panel of arbitrators.

The researcher extracted the coefficient of stability by equation Cornbrash Alpha for the areas of the questionnaire where so, the total degree of stability (0.95), has used (SPSS) program iSPSSn analyzing data and extracting results.
