The study aimed at identifying the intellectual framework of decentralization and decentralization in the Azhar educational departments and determining the requirements of activating educational administrations in the Azhar region in Dakahlia through determining the authorities of the sub-departments in the Azhar region.
The researcher relied on the descriptive approach to reach the objectives of the study.
The researcher designed a questionnaire to reveal the reality of the Azhar educational departments and their employees in terms of the roles of the educational structure and the requirements for decentralization.
The study tool was applied to the sample of workers in the central departments of Al Azhar region in Dakahlia (200) and workers in the branch departments and the elders of the institutes (200).
The results of the study have led to an increase in the number of institutes within the sub-departments and the intensity of work within the Azhar region, and the frequent number of employees in the central departments of Al-Azhar region and the presence of cadres of administrative expertise capable of working within the sub-departments and employees within the Azhar Region Office.
The need to achieve the administrative development of Azhari education and the expansion of the application of democracy and community participation in decision-making and the need to follow up the teachers and the educational process in the institutes daily with the support of guidance art Materials legitimacy and activating the technical guidance of scientific and cultural materials and the provision of a dedicated building for each Azharite management and administrative system effective communication between the departments and sub-region of Al-Azhar and the granting of adequate sub-management authorities to make decisions
The researcher recommends the following: The need to organize training courses for administrators at the three administrative levels (the Institute, the Educational Zone and the Azhar Institutes Sector) to provide them with the knowledge, information and ideas related to the implementation of decentralized administration in the sub-departments of the Azhar region.
