Abstract EN

The aim of the current research is to clarify the role of the university in facing the electronic violence risks against university youth.

The researcher used the descriptive approach to its relevance to the subject of research.

The research found a number of results, including: Electronic violence emerged as a natural result of virtual interactions on social networks, and it has many aspects such as Flaming, Spamming, Cyber outing etc.

; the risks of it vary to individual and comunity risks such as Psychological, cultural and economic risks; and the role of the university in facing electronic violence via the social networks can be activated through achieving some requirements of faculty members, university administration and curricula.
