Media education is an educational medium within the educational institution's media, because it has a tangible impact on achieving the desired goals.

Media education also helps students to understand their rights and duties in dealing with the human rights system contained in international charters, values of shura, loyalty, patriotism and belonging Respect the other and confront rumors, and fight intellectual deviations and delinquents in accordance with appropriate methods (Khatib, 2010)In view of the importance and necessity of raising children's awareness of their rights as set forth in the Convention on the Rights of the Child, adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations on 20 November 1959, this Convention is in a preamble and three parts.

Its provisions are divided into 54 articles and the preamble establishes the principles and reference of the charter.

Every child must be prepared to live an individual life in society and to live in a spirit of ideals and brotherhood, Without Z type of discrimination (UNICEF, 1990), so it was necessary to play media education as one of the important educational media role in it, where they can give the children through which many of the experiences, knowledge and values related to these rights.

In view of the scarcity of studies that dealt with the role of media education in spreading the culture of children's rights, this study presented an educational vision to activate the dissemination of the culture of children's rights through media education and its various means.
