Research aims to identify the quality and availability of educational media graduates Faculty of Specific Education of Mansoura University, the researcher prepared Efficiency standards card in educational media specialist graduates, efficiency standards applied on a sample of educational media specialist (17 Educational departments) to recognize the reality of educational media specialist graduates efficiency, availability of quality educational media graduates Faculty of Specific Education of Mansoura University through: learn the intended quality of educational media, determine performance quality standards of quality education and college graduates statement availability Educational media quality standards have specific education college graduates, Mansoura University, building depicting a proposal for improving the performance of graduates of educational media in colleges of Specific Education in the light of educational media quality standards.
