Abstract EN

The effectiveness of a program based on multiple intelligences in developing the environmental concepts, thinking skills and the atelligences in developing the environmental concepts, thinking skills and the attitude towards the subject of social studies for the hearing impaired (deaf)pupils in preparatory stage.

So the current research attempts to answer the following main question: What is the effectiveness of a program based on multiple intelligences in developing the environmental concepts, thinking skills and the attitude towards the subject of social studies for the hearing impaired pupils in preparatory stage? The sample of the research consisted of (15) hearing impaired pupils in the first year preparatory at Al-Aml school for deaf and hard hearing in Mansoura.

The researcher prepared: Environmental concepts achievement test (remembering, comprehending, applying), thinking skills test (observation, conclusion, classification, interpretation) and attitude scale towards the subject of Social studiesforthe hearing impaired pupilsin the preparatory stage.

The research results revealed the effectivenessof a program based on multiple intelligences in developing the environmental concepts(remembering, comprehending, applying), thinking skills(observation, conclusion, classification, interpretation)and the attitude towards the subject of social studies for the hearing impaired pupils in preparatory stage.
