This research is Trying Gives a Suitable Answers for scientific questions which related to modality the Islamic text performance it is function in order to reveal features of Islamic economic doctrine, this what the research looking for to discover in the well-known text (Imam Ali peace be upon him testament to Malik AL- Ashter) through a methodology based on the extraction of theoretical vocabulary from the text through the method of integrated approach between extrapolation and induction.

And the research paper reached to description the features of Islamic economic doctrine as it is implied in the text and therefore achieved important addition to the results of scientific research in texts.
