This study aims at identifying The Training Needs for the student of The Department of Mathematics during the period of application.
researcher Teachers prepared a questionnaire for training needs, we have produced questionnaire of the validity and the reliability, The questionnaire becomes final form is composed of (55) items divided in to(6) field (planning for teaching mathematics item, management of class, methods of, teaching media used in mathematics, mathematics content, Evaluation of Teaching Mathematics).
Then the questionnaire was applied on the research sample consists of(120)students from the fourth stage- Teachers/ the Department of Mathematics of basic education colleges of Mustansiriyah University and Maysan University.
To achieve the aim of the research, use the following: statistical means, standard deviations, Independent-samples (t-test), Research results showed to teachers: 1- There are (50)training needs for the students of the Department of Mathematics- during the period of application.2- There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the mean the estimation of the students of the mathematics department - teachers field of questionnaire due to gender variables and the stage in which apply the students of the mathematics department teachers.
In the light of the results of the research, the researcher presented some recommendations and suggestions for the purpose of doing research and subsequent studies.
