This study aimed to identify the degree to which knowledge management processes (knowledge acquisition, knowledge transfer, knowledge application, knowledge protection) are implemented from the point of view of employees in the middle and senior departments within the Palestinian General Personnel Council.

If there are statistically significant differences between respondents' responses to the degree of application of knowledge management processes in the Palestinian General Personnel Council due to the variables of gender, age, academic qualification and number of years of service.

The survey data were collected using questionnaire.( 95 ) questionnaires were distributed to the entire study population, (53) of which were valid for statistical analysis (56%) of the study population.

One of the most important results was that knowledge management processes in the Palestinian General Personnel Council were implemented at high levels.

The degree of application of these processes was knowledge transfer, application of knowledge, protection of knowledge and knowledge acquisition, respectively.

The results showed that there are no significant differences in the implementation of knowledge management processes in the Palestinian General Personnel Council, due to the variables (gender, age, academic qualification, and number of years of service).

The study recommended that attention be paid to the use of feedback on the services provided by the Palestinian General Personnel Council to improve their quality and future development.
