Abstract EN

This paper aims to shed light on the reality of reconstruction policies in the countries of democratic transition, taking the Libyan situation as a model for study and analysis Since 2011, it has witnessed a social movement that has changed the nature of political, social, security and economic structures.

Concurrently with the intensification of international and regional efforts to resolve the conflict in Libya, the issue of "reconstruction" has increased; both at the level of thought and practice, since reconstruction is an essential stage in the process of conflict management and international peace and security.
