Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the educational practices among faculty members in Education Faculty at Private Universities in the North region in Jordan from their perspective.

To achieve the objective of the study, the two researchers developed a questionnaire that included the (29) items have been applied to a sample of (25) male and female faculty members.

The study found that the level of educational practices in the sample of the study was high, with an average of (4.18) and a standard deviation of (0.64).

The results of the study also showed no significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) among the arithmetical averages for the estimates of the individuals of the study sample attributed to the study variables.

The study included recommendations such as; holding meetings between faculty members themselves to share experiences and promote their positive practices, and conducting training courses for faculty members, especially new members to guide them to the most important positive practices that must be adhered inside the university.
