The aim of this study is to recognize the concepts of creative drama and its effects on the educational theatre of child in Jordan.
The sample study consisted of (40) sixth grade students in Al Ramtha Directorate.
They were chosen intentionally out of the study population.
The researcher used an achievement test consisting of (25) multiple choice items.
The Coefficient reliability of the tool was (0.89).
The results of the study show that the level of recognizing the concepts of creative drama the sixth graders have was medium.
The results also show that there are significant statistical differences for the concepts of creative drama in favor of the experimental group (those enrolled in the educational theatre of child) over the control group (those who are not enrolled in the educational theatre of child.
The researcher recommends encouraging students to use the concepts of creative drama to develop and refine their skills in the fields of the educational theatre of child in Jordan.
