The void of judicial notifications is one of the most important topics in Iraqi civil procedures law where it is related to judicial notifications which the court depends on when it starts its procedures.

If notifications are done correctly and according to law, the court will go on in its procedures and solve the problem.

And if notifications are incorrect, the judicial procedure will be entirely void and even the sentence which is issued in this concern will be cancelled.

Moreover, the importance of judicial notifications stems from the fact that it is subject to the judges opinions, where the Iraqi legislator has given them a wide authority to evaluate the validity of such notifications.
