The educational services are one of the most important foundations for the development of society and the progress and extent of its reflection on the advancement of the economic and social development of the country where the main factor in the advancement of the present and the transition from backwardness to ignorance and drawing the image of the future so the research seeks to determine the efficiency and reality of spatial distribution of kindergartens in Muthanna province in 2018, Research on the definition of kindergarten, and then study the planning standards for kindergartens approved in Iraq and applied to the province and the statement of shortcomings.

The results of the research indicate a clear lack of spatial distribution and lack of relevance to the reality of distribution and population density in the province as well as the failure of the indicators of planning for kindergartens in the efficiency.

Therefore, the study recommended the need to re-planning educational services for kindergartens in accordance with the population growth of the province and achieve maximum educational efficiency by applying the planning standards adopted locally in order to avoid shortages.
