This research addresses with the study of the Noble Qur'an approach to justice and fairness by preserving probability and not generalizing in the issuance of judgments, as it introduces the Qur'anic method and explains its most prominent features and advantages, then shows what is meant by the method of preserving probability and how the exegetes dealt with it in terms and description.

In which this approach is mentioned, and the researcher has followed a descriptive- induction approach, and the research complied to the technical aspects followed in scientific research, and it is concluded with indexes that facilitate to benefit from it.
