The Arab states have adopted many educational systems to improve public education.

These include the Algerian state, which underwent public education after its independence.

It started with traditional education, then applied the goals in the 1980s, then developed it to teach competencies, The goal was to raise the learner to the degrees of education, and this latest reform gives the educational evaluation an effective role, and focuses on the process of teaching language materials a lot, which made me look at the role of educational evaluation in the consolidation of the rules of the Arabic language, Ron it difficult and mystery angle, marked, research (educational assessment and its role in establishing the rules of the Arabic language in the approach of teaching competencies in Algeria), the starting point of view: What is the role of educational assessment in the consolidation of the Arabic language in accordance with the rules of teaching competencies? What is the relation between the calendar and the method of teaching grammatical rules in the modern Algerian school?
