This research starts from the definition of this part of the hadith parts, which is the forties that a large group of scholars reported in its authorship, where the author collects forty hadiths or chapters, and often links them to an occasion either in the chain of transmission or in the text.

He memorized forty hadiths, then the research came and reviewed this hadith with its methods and evidences, and it was found that it is very weak, then he answered a question that says: Are the writings of these imams in this section indicative of their strength in the hadith and acting on it, and among them are hadiths and critics? Then, the research reviewed the benefits of these forties, and the most important literature in them.
