يذخر العصر الحالي بالعديد من الصراعات و التناقضات و يموج بالعديد من التغيرات المتلاحقة و السريعة وقد شهد المجتمع في السنوات الأخيرة مجموعة من التغيرات في العديد من المجالات وقد عجز الإنسان عن مواجهتها و التكيف معها وقد أدى ذلك إلى شعوره بالعجز و الاغتراب وغيرهما من المظاهر السلبية و ما زال الإنسان يواجه الكثير من الصعوبات و التحديات من أجل السيطرة عليها و التحكم فيها و كان لهذه التغيرات أثرها في تغيير كثير من معانى الحياة الإنسانية و اضطراب منظومة القيم الحاكمة لسلوك الأفراد و تصرفاتهم مما أدى إلى شعور الإنسان في هذا العصر بضعف تقدير ذاته في فهم هذه التوجهات.
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على أزمة الهوية و المتغيرات الاجتماعية و النفسية المرتبطة باستخدام الشباب الجامعى لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعى (العالم الافتراضى).
استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي كما تم جمع البيانات من خلال المقابلة الشخصية و استمارة الاستبيان و مقياس أزمة الهوية.
و تكونت العينة من (120) مفردة من الطلبة و الطالبات تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من كليتى الصيدلة لتمثل إحدى الكليات العلمية و الألسن لتمثل إحدى الكليات الأدبية من جامعتى عين شمس لتمثل إحدى الجامعات الحكومية و جامعة مصر الدولية لتمثل إحدى الجامعات الخاصة وقد استعان الباحثون بنظرية اريكسون و جيمس مارشا لتفسير أزمة الهوية و كذلك نظرية البيئة الإعلامية و التفاعلية و دوامة الصمت و الاستخدامات و الاشباعات لتفسير شبكات التواصل الاجتماعى.
وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن معظم عينة الدراسة تمتلك حسابا على إحدى شبكات التواصل الاجتماعى و يقضون ثلاث ساعات فأكثر في استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعى وأن أهم المتغيرات النفسية السلبية المرتبطة بشبكات التواصل الاجتماعى هى الميل إلى العزلة الاجتماعية الصراع بين هوية الفرد الافتراضية وهويته الحقيقة الانسلاخ عن بعض القيم و العادات و التقاليد المجتمعية و الثقافية الأصيلة و التمرد عليها و تشويه اللغة وأن أهم المتغيرات الاجتماعية السلبية المرتبطة بشبكات التواصل الاجتماعى هى إهدار الوقت و ضعف العلاقات الاجتماعية.
كما تشير نتيجة الدراسة إلى أن الشباب الجامعى يعانى من أزمة الهوية وأن الإناث لديهم مستوى أعلى من أزمة الهوية من الذكور و طلبة الجامعات الحكومية لديهم مستوى أعلى من أزمة الهوية من طلبة الجامعات الخاصة.
و انتهت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات منها: - توحيد جهود جمعيات المجتمع المدني و المؤسسات التربوية الرسمية وغير الرسمية بخطة موحدة لمواجهة المخاطر التي تستهدف مستقبل الشباب والوطن و ضرورة توعيتهم بمخاطر الإفراط في استخدام شبكات التواصل الحديثة للحفاظ على هويتهم.
- ضرورة متابعة الآباء للأبناء أثناء استخدامهم الانترنت بشكل عام وشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي بشكل خاص و تثقيفهم بطريقه التعامل معها.
- استخدام الشباب للإنترنت بشكل مفيد من خلال: أ- التعلم عبر الإنترنت: من خلال المشاركة مع الأساتذة و الزملاء و متابعة الدراسة و الحصول على المساعدة عند الحاجة و الإطلاع على الأبحاث و المراجع و المادة العلمية من خلاله.
ب- التواصل مع الأهل و الأصدقاء.
Abstract EN
The aim of this study is to identify the identity crisis and the social and psychological variables associated with the use of social networks (the virtual world) by the university youth.
The researchers used the descriptive approach.
The data was collected through the personal interview, a questionnaire, an identity crisis scale.
The sample consisted of (120) male and female students selected randomly from the faculty of pharmacy to represent one of the scientific faculties, and Al Alsun to represent one of the literary colleges, from Ain Shams to represent one of the public universities and Misr International University of Egypt to represent a private university.
The most important results of the study are: Most of the sample has an account on one of the social networks and spend three hours or more in the using them.
The most important negative psychological variables associated with social networks are the tendency to social isolation, the conflict between the individual's virtual identity and his true identity, the relinquishment of certain values, social and cultural traditions, and the mutilation of language.
The most important negative social variables associated with social networks is wasting time and weak social relations.
The university youth suffer from the identity crisis, the females have a higher level of identity crisis than males, and public university students have a higher level of identity crisis than private university students.
The most important recommendations of the study are: - Uniting the efforts of civil society associations and official and non-official educational institutions to face the dangers that threaten the future of youth and their homeland, in addition to raising the awareness of the dangers of overuse of modern communication networks.
Preserving young people and their identity requires a combination of various ministries such as education, higher education, culture, and media.
- Parents should follow their children during using the Internet in general, and social networks in particular, and educate them how to deal with them, and in case of a defect by the children, parents must deal with them a bit of wisdom and tenderness, and to show confidence in children and respect their privacy at the same time.
- Youth should use the Internet in a useful way such as: a-Using it in education: through participation with teachers and colleagues and following-up their study and getting help when needed and to access the researches and references and scientific material through it.
b - Communicating with friends and family.
