تهدف الدراسة إلى رصد أزمة المياه الحالية و تداعياتها و معرفة مدى وعي و إدراك ممارسي الإعلام في وزارة الموارد المائية و الري بها.
تنتمي الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية و اعتمدت على المنهج المسحي و تمثلت عينة الدراسة التحليلية في الأساليب الاتصالية المستخدمة بالمركز الإعلامي بوزارة الموارد المائية و الري و عينة القائم بالاتصال بالتطبيق على العاملين بالمركز.
و استخدمت الدراسة استمارة تحليل المضمون لتحليل كافة الأساليب الاتصالية الخاصة لأزمة المياه بدول حوض النيل: بالمركز الإعلامي المائي بوزارة الموارد المائية و الري.
و استمارة القائم بالاتصال بالتطبيق على عينة قوامها (28 مفردة) وهم جميع العاملين بالمركز الإعلامي المائي بالوزارة.
توصلت أبرز النتائج إلى تنوع الاستراتيجيات المستخدمة داخل الأساليب الاتصالية أثناء أزمة المياة لدول حوض النيل فجاء في المركز الأول استراتيجية "توضيح الأزمة" بنسبة (62.76% ).
أما في المركز الثاني فجاءت استراتيجية "التعرف على الأسباب" بنسبة (42.64% ) يليها استراتيجية "ضرورة التصدي للأزمة" بنسبة (22.18% ) بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين مدى اعتماد القائم بالاتصال على الأساليب الاتصالية المستخدمة و إدارة أزمة المضياه بدول حوض النيل.
أوصت الدراسة بتقديم مزيد من الدعم المادي لمركز الإعلام المائي لمساعدته في القيام بمهامه والتواصل مع الجمهور بأكثر من وسيلة وفي مقدمتها الإعلانات و التنويهات التوعوية في التليفزيون.
والتوسع في سياسة تدريب القائم بالاتصال في وزارة الموارد المائية و الري لخلق كوادر واعية مدركة بتوجهات مصر المستقبلية في التعامل مع ملف المياه.
Abstract EN
The study aims to monitor the current water crisis and its consequences, and to identify the awareness and realization of media practitioners in the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of these crises.
This study is a kind of descriptive studies that relied on the survey method.
The sample of the analytical study was in the communication methods used in the media center of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation.
The study used the content analysis form and the contact form for data collection.
The most prominent results were the diversity of the strategies used in communication methods during handling the water crisis of the Nile Basin countries.
The "crisis clarification" strategy came in first place with 62.76% .
The strategy of "Identifying Causes" occupied the second place by (42.64% ), followed by the "the necessity to face the crisis" strategy (22.18% ).
In addition, there is a positive correlation between the extent to which the communicator relies on communication methods used and managing the water crisis in the Nile Basin Countries.
