Abstract EN

This study explores values of ideological security in the contents of Sermons Book by the late Scholar Sheikh Abdul-Rahman Al- Saadi.

The study adopts descriptive method in investigating study sample.

Ideological security values were described and then their quantitative significance monitored and qualitatively explained.

Study also uses deductive method for the analysis of Friday sermons, the subject of the current study, with a view to deducing ideological security values embodied therein.

Moreover, study applies content analysis method on a total of 45 values of ideological security.

Key findings of the study include: the Sermons Book is teeming with ideological security values with (11255) frequency rate.

Findings have also shown a contrast between the percentages of the said values in addition to the variety of sermons content between invitation and intimidation.

Sermons, as per findings, embody proper values for the security of society with their dominant style between brevity and straightforwardness.
