The issu of criminal protection of lost money involves of the presser vation of puoperty right for those who lose their money by mistake, , so that the oaner loses finiancial conthol over his money and pick up it by another preson and refrains from returning it to its right ful owner by appropriating and acquisition and use it in bad faith and oktain benefits.

The issue of that ferried lost money had the attention of lawmakeas had the attactment of money loavs which that help to protect it and maintain it against nag aggression, and to hewn the subject area of research in all its aspects, we dealt whit its study in the areas.
