The principle of responsibility for protection adopted by the international Commission on Intervention and State Sovereignty in 2001 covers serious human rights violations, such as genocide, war crimes, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity.
Since 2011.
the Syrian crisis has been a major humanitarian crisis in which there have been serious human rights violations.
Although the Syrian crisis has gone beyond the conditions set by the international Committee on Intervention and State Sovereignty, there is considerable debate over why there is no international humanitarian in Syria.
Provide explanations on why the humanitarian intervention in the Syrian crisis, on the pretext that the specific circumstances of the Syrian crisis and the dynamics of international politics do not allow humanitarian intervention, and that the possible intervention may have consequences worse or not.
