The researcher showed the kinds of the crime, money laundering, its methods and elements, the third research researcher will then devote the criminal policy study to confronting this crime at the international level through the agreements that he has concluded to combat it at the domestic level, through national legislation promulgated to curb the spread of its offense of money – laundering.
