The negotiation stage is one of the most important stages of the formation of the contract and the most complex at all.

In that stage, all parties of the contractual relationship focus on provide the greatest amount of interest.

Additionally, in that stage, each negotiator shows his skill in prevarication, hit-and-run operations, inflexibility and perseverance of the interest that is intended to achieve and achieve its goal in such a way that guarantee not to abide by the contract until the moment he wants it, with ensuring that the negotiator complies with the utmost commitment.

Moreover, the negotiation stage is an exploratory period in which each party seeks its way to the contract.

Resorting to negotiation are only psychological motives in order to satisfy human needs material or moral that reflected by the circumstances of each community separately.

The process of negotiation and bargaining may end with a positive issued by one of the negotiators or may end to nothing.
