This study attempts to shed light on the different aspects of the industrial licensing contract.

It shows that this contract is one of the forms of the technology transfer contract.

Its idea is to transfer technology from one person to another by licensing the patent and technical knowledge.

The holder of the license (holder of technology) to exploit his invention in a legal and practical manner, and provides the applicant (the recipient of technology) access to important inventions and benefit from their practical application on the other hand.
