This research deals with the Soviet Union's policy toward Pakistan, for the period between the years 1967-1968, particularly since the Soviet Union was trying to win over Pakistan at his side and try to keep it away from the United States that Pakistan is a traditional ally during that period, and Soviet efforts succeeded in signing a number of economic agreements and with Pakistan's military, particularly the arms deal contract in 1968, which sparked controversy in Indian circles that promised the deal damaged Indian relations - Soviet, which was outstanding at the time.
