Abstract AR

This study attempts to highlight the impact of governance and balanced performance on the performance rate in the Libyan government ministries.

This study was applied to a sample of three ministries.

A number of statistical methods such as mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, regression analysis, and global analysis were used through Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), in order to analyze the data and test the hypotheses of the study.

The study concluded that there was a statistically significant relation between performance improvement and governance.

There was also a statistically significant relation between performance improvement and balanced performance.

The study recommended that the public sector increase the commitment to the requirements of governance and balanced performance in order to achieve the best ratio to implement these requirements to ensure the positive impact on the performance of government ministries
