Abstract AR

The aim of this research to identify the relationship between some of leadership skills and crisis management, and the relation of these skills to the success of the crisis management.

The current research seeks to link leadership skills and crisis management phases in the education sector in Al-Bayd.

The research adopted the method questionnaire as a main tool for collecting data and information related to the research variables from (57) managers at the middle management levels.

In order to analyse the responses and test the hypothesis of the research, the researcher used a number of statistical methods, including percentage and arithmetic mean, standard deviation, spear-man correlation coefficients,test (T).Through the results obtained, the study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is to prove the main hypothesis that indicates a significant relationship between leadership skills and crisis management.
