This research deals with compensation for unlawful arrest decisions, whether physical damage or moral For this reason, this research includes the illegality of arrest decisions and the position of the Saudi Ombudsman's Office to compensate the damages resulting from these decisions which lead to the jurisprudence of the judiciary on its legal adaptation, initially considering it as administrative decisions and later amended it as legal acts.
