The purpose of the study was to determine the legality of the tenders, their provisions and their legal controls.

It may also be published in the newspapers if necessary and applicable to them.

The study followed the descriptive method.

The paper reached several conclusions, the most important of which are: The provisions of the contract and the conditions of the origin in which the passport and health are issued, and must be fulfilled.
