It is necessary to protect them by criminal protection.

The performance of academics functions may be contrary to the interests or intents of some individuals or people, thus will locate them in an endangering.

Therefore, We have chosen this topic to find or legalize new legal texts that they may provide criminal protection of them.

The legal protection for them may contribute to increase the creative works of the academic in their fields.
