Search in 'Accompaniment' is a significant field in' Usul' for its role in diagnosing duties of grown men and women and figuring out their acts.

Therefore, late 'Usuli' scholars paid much attention to this issue by either devoting a complete chapter in 'Usul' books or a whole separate book.

Adopting or not this reasoning reflects upon the 'Fatwa' of 'Usuli' scholars, and the specification in its reasoning, in different domains.

This paper focuses on the specification of this 'accompaniment' made by the late 'Al-Fadhil Al-Naraqi' where he distinguished between the 'whole' juridical decisions, in which there is no 'accompaniment', and the 'partial' external objects figured out through 'accompaniment'.

Since there is a discrepancy between two 'accompaniment' acts in the 'whole' juridical decisions and since there is incompleteness in the replies to solve any discrepancy and consequently both are dropped; therefore, it is necessary to refer back to the proof or the source required by context in this case.

This specification is also followed by the late 'Al-Khoei', with all its bases and arguments in favor; hence, becoming the most prominent statements in this issue nowadays.
