We seek this study to uncover a new style of novel writing, we call it "the Travel novel".

It is a literary type (hybrid) that derives its aesthetic themes from travel literature, And it collected the stylistic characteristics that govern the genre of the novel.

The value of this type lies in the fact that it presents to the area of study the most important civilizational values and human problems that the Arab person has lived and lives, especially in his relationship with his identity and civilization, and the modes of interaction of this identity and civilization with other identities.
