العولمة : مفهومها-مجالاتها-أخطارها-موقف الإسلام منها

Abstract AR

إن الصراع بين الخير و الشر، و بين الباطل و الحق صراع قديم قدم البشرية، و سيظل هذا الصراع إلى أخر الزمان.

ولكن هذا الصراع يختلف من عصر إلي عصر، و من مكان إلى مكان و من مجتمع إلى مجتمع، فيوجد صراع القوه العسكرية، و صراع الفكر العقلي و المذهبي، و صراع الغزو الثقافي و التجاري، و صراع السيطرة و الهيمنة على كل المجتمعات و بخاصة المجتمع الإسلامي.

ومن أنواع الصراع الذي ظهر على الساحة في أواخر العصر الماضي:
الصراع بين ضروب العولمة أو بين الصور النموذجية للإنسان في الحضاري المختلفة.

وفي السماوات الأخيرة في القرن الماضي ظهرت العولمة حيث بدأت تتشكل بملامح عالم جديد، يختلف عن العالم الذي نعيشه، و يختلف كثيرا عن عالم الأمس، هذه الملامح التي يتميز بها النظام الجديد اصطلح على تسميتها "بالعولمة "أو" الكوكبية " و المقصود بذلك:
إزالة الحواجز و الحدود المصطنعة بين البشر و الدول، و تحويل العالم كله إلي قرية كونية واسعة بلا أسقف و لا جدران يتبادل فيها الناس و الأفطار و المعلومات.

فالعولمة كائن غامض غير محدد الملامح، صاحب الألف وجه و رفيق الشائعات.

والناظر في مصطلح العولمة يجد انه مصطلح جديد لم يتم استخدامه في الكتابات العربية و الأجنبية إلا مؤخرا، و لذا فمن الصعب جدا تحديد مفهوم محدد يتم استعماله بصوره عامه، و يرجع هذا لعدة أسباب منها:
1- انه تعبير جديد عن ظاهره كبري تتداخل فيها كثيرا من شئون حياة الناس: السياسية و الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و الثقافية
وغيرها.

2-اختلاف الموقف المتخذ إزاء العولمة بين مؤيد و رافض، و منتقى و هذا بالنسبة للدول المصدرة إليها العولمة.

وأما الدول المصدرة فالموقف يختلف كذلك بين مبشر بها و بين بائس
من تحققها، و بين محذر من غوائلها و أثارها.

3- إن العولمة ظاهرة مركبه تنوعت فيها الآراء و الاتجاهات حتى ظن البعض.

إذا العولمة هي:
القوى التي لا يمكن السيطرة عليها للأسواق الدولية و الشراكات المتعددة الجنسية هي التي ليس لها و لاء لآية دوله قويه.

والهدف من العولمة:
إزالة الحواجز و تذويب الفروق بين المجتمعات الإنسانية المختلفة لسيادة آلية رأس المال التي تأبى إلا قيود، و آلية المعلومات التي تأبى
أي رقابه، انه يراد أن تذوب العقائد و الإفطار، و لا يبقى إلا الفكر الغربي المادي.

وكما قالوا اخلطوا عقائد الأديان الخمس و اجعلوها مزيجا و احدا

The conflict between good and evil, and between falsehood and truth is an ancient struggle that is as old as humanity, and this struggle will last until the end of time.

But this conflict varies from an age to another, and from place to place and from society to society, so there is a struggle for military power, a struggle for mental and sectarian thought, a struggle for cultural and commercial conquest, and a struggle for control and domination of all societies, especially Islamic society.

Among the types of conflict that appeared on the scene in the end of the last era:
Conflict between the forms of globalization or between typical images of people in different civilizations.

In the last years of the previous century, globalization appeared as it began to form with the features of a new world, which differs from the world in which we live, and differs greatly from the world of yesterday.

These features in which the new system is distinguished by is agreed to call it "globalization" or "planetary" and that means:
Removing artificial barriers and borders between people and nations, and turn the whole world into a vast universal village with no roofs or walls where people and countries exchange information.

Globalization is a mysterious, indefinable being, with thousand faces and rumors.

The overseer in the term of globalization finds that it is a new term that has not been used in Arabic and foreign writings until recently, and it is very difficult to define a specific concept that is used in general terms, and this is due to several reasons, including:
1-It is a new expression of a major phenomenon in which many affairs of people's political, economic and social lives are intertwined and others.

2- The difference in the situation which adopted against globalization between a supporter and a rejectionist, , and this for those countries which globalization is exported to.

As for the exporting countries, the situation is also different between optimistic a pessimistic one
and who it warns of its consequences and its effects.

3-Globalization is a complex phenomenon in which expectations have varied even some people thought globalization is:
The uncontrollable forces of international markets and multinational companies which are not loyal to any powerful country.

The goal of globalization:
The goal of globalization is Removing barriers and dissolving the differences between the different human societies for the rule of the capital mechanism that refuses only restrictions, and the information mechanism that refuses any censorship, it is intended that the doctrines dissolve, and only Western materialistic thought remains.

As they said, mix the tenets of the five religions and make them one mix then you won't find a struggle on the face of the earth
