Abstract EN

 This research is about the syntactic judgment and its effect on meaning in the hadith according to the analytical method.

Since many of the readers of the hadith narrate the hadith according to the sense, then they increase or decrease it, and exchange the eloquent one with another, I wanted to be accurate in the hadiths that I dealt with it by controlling the word based on hearing, gathering and deducing the origins, and through the meaning of the hadith in the context of significance, and its meaning that shows syntax which reveals the meaning of the inflection marks.

Hence, the correct parsing depends on the meaning that comes from context, verbal and grammatical judgment.

In spite of this, you can find many patterns of sentences in the hadith that are valid in many syntactic faces for the same word in the same sentence.

The investigation of linguistic use led us to not neglect dialects because they are the elements of the unified language in hadith, so the breadth and shortening of the hadith came when the addressee understood the intended meaning.

The rules of increase which found in some hadith words such as the increase of "Al" in "Al-Aqraa" added a new connotation that known by the affirmation and the strength of the connection which made the meaning more stable in the recipient.

Through this study, I found a close connection between Arabic grammar and transformational grammar, whereby speech changes from its deep structure to its superficial structure through transformative laws such as the law of expansion, the law of increase and the law of omission.

The interactive semantic relationships between the grammatical functions and the vocabulary chosen in the hadith are somewhat similar to the term (pike) regarding the concept of "Ta'ajeem" - “grammatical unity” meaning that they are interrelationships between the grammatical function and the words or formulas that they occupy in the hadith.
