Abstract EN

The research dealt with the comments of Imam al-Dhahabi on the book "The Balance of Moderation" for Imam al-Aqili.

The aim of this study was to check the comments of al-Dhahabi on the book under study and to uncover the truth without prejudice or inclination.

Also, to identify the methodology of the scholars in dealing with the mistakes of those who preceded them and how to correct the mistakes.

The study draw attention to how to take advantages of this methodology and use it in the construction of the scientific personality and the development of the monetary skill of the students.

At the same time to prove that Allah almighty is the only one has the perfection, and the others are suffering the shortage.
