Abstract EN

Praise be to Allaah, who created man, taught him the statement, distinguished him with reason and honored him with the religion of Islam.

Islam has meant the determination of the dignity of man, and the high status, and considered it one of the purposes of legislation.

He recommended his respect and disrespect and contempt, the Almighty said: (We have honored the children of Adam)
Human dignity in Islamic legislation generally has a pivotal value and a cornerstone upon which there is no faith without dignity, no freedom without dignity, no justice without dignity, and no responsibility without dignity.

It is therefore the basis of all values of good and virtue for the individual and the community.

Faced with this fundamental value of human dignity came the importance of writing in this research, which is tagged as (human dignity in the Prophet's Sunnah legitimate destination), an applied study wishing to achieve the desired goal
Based on the literature of scientific research which states that the current study must be characterized by renewal and intersection with previous studies we say
There are no previous researches on human dignity in the Sunnah as a purpose of Sharia, but there are researches and submissions published on the Internet titled Human Dignity in the Holy Quran, and evidence of Sunnah on human dignity.

In terms of objective, approach and method ()
In the end I ask God Almighty to grant us success and payment and to make this work sincere to the face of the Holy and intercessor us on the Day of Judgment, and God bless our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions and thank God, Lord of the Worlds.
