Abstract EN

This study examines the scientific efficiency and legitimacy of the educational objectives within many parts of the Arab world.

This study addresses two underlying issues to examine the direction of education: 1) Are the educational objectives in the Arab world constructed to meet objectively ascertained goals, what are deemed to be scientifically established criteria in the educational literature to meet the needs of the nation; and, 2) What are the methodological foundations used in designating the specified objectives? Methodologically this study analyzes educational texts, data and documents to measure the content of the various dimensions of the educational system, and how these pedagogical tools allow the educational objectives to be met.
