This study aimed to identify the relationship between circus The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach.

The study society may be from three companies, which are active in Derna.

The study consists of (54) individuals.

The study followed the method of the comprehensive survey.

The results showed a statistically significant relationship between institutional learning and its tools (sustainability, inclusiveness, predictive use) and the pioneering characteristics of dimensions (creativity, risk tolerance, entrepreneurship, initiative).
