Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the degree of practice of the leaders of the schools of the province of Tarba for participatory leadership and its impact on the morale of teachers.

The researcher used the descriptive descriptive method.

The sample consisted of (638) teachers and a questionnaire was used for (59) Participatory leadership with its four dimensions represented in "decision-making, delegation of authority, communication and information-building, activating human relations", and that is the field of moral and representative dimensions in the "self-dimension, the administrative dimension", has been verified the sincerity and stability, Participatory (3.86) and a standard deviation (0.867).

It was also found that the level of morale among teachers in the public schools in the governorate of Tarba came to a large degree from their point of view.

It was also found that the "self-dimension" as one of the dimensions of the morale of the teachers of the public schools in Benin in the province of Tarba came in the first order from their point of view with an average of 4.13 and a standard deviation of 0.839 followed by a second administrative dimension with an average of 4.02 and deviation (0.832), all of which have a score of (large), and no significant differences were found Statistics among the average responses of the teachers of public schools in Benin in the governorate of Tarba on the assessment of the degree of practice of the leaders of public schools in Benin to participatory leadership of all dimensions of participatory leadership (participation in decision-making, delegation of authority, communication and information building, activation of human relations) due to different qualifications and years of experience.

There were no statistically significant differences between the responses of the teachers of the public schools in Benin and the governorate of Tarba on their assessment of the overall level of morale, which is attributed to the difference in the scientific qualification, while differences were found due to years of experience.
