Abstract EN

The victim is the weaker party in the relationship between the perpetrator and the victim that is harmed in the criminal act.

So we tried, in our study this, to highlight on his rights and come out them into existence clearly, so this deep study to his rights came.

The subject of our study to the rights of the victim in the Comparative criminal law will depend on a comparison between the Egyptian and Syrian laws.

We talk about the rights of the victim towards the small society, that is state, the place that the citizens live in, within the borders of their state and its authority.

So we will aim our study to identify the rights granted by the penal laws instead of study (the Egyptian and Syrian) to the victim and searching for new mechanisms for the victim to get their rights from other parties not only the offender.

And we review the results we reached in our study this and we suggest some solutions and instructions which I hope to be taken seriously and to be heard.

And to be tangible fact and don't remain just some ink on paper.
