يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة دور المجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان كألية دولية تهتم بحقوق الإنسان، كما يهدف البحث إلى محاولة اكتشاف جوانب القصور و النقص و الخلل في تنظيمه الدولي و الوقوف على العوامل التي تحدد و تؤثر في فاعليته من أجل محاولة إصلاحهما و تقويمها و تفعليها، مما قد يكون له أثر إيجابي متزايد على سياسات الدول و موافقها المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان.
Abstract EN
The study of the council of Human rights as mechanism of research of shortaional protection of human rights as international organization to repair, evaluate and activate it, will be the positive effect on the nations policies of human of rights.
