This research aims to study the harmful monopolistic practices from the perspective of their impact on society.

Are these monopolistic practices going to be a cause of happiness and wellbeing for the members of the society, and a cause for advancement and justice in the distribution of national income, or will they be a cause of sadness and misery to the vast majority of the members of the society because a few of its members have most of the national income, and increase the number of the unemployed, thus adding to the thousands of hungry people waiting with hope for a chance to get some money to be able to live? Will these practices be a cause of an increase in the number of homeless people? Therefore, the overall objective of this research is to focus on the various economic effects of harmful monopolistic practices by shedding light on their impact on both the production process and employment, as well as studying the impact of these practices on the future of small-sized and medium-sized enterprises.
